Carried out before taking Iboga, this massage ensures a peaceful, enjoyable and deep experience, it optimizes the effects of the Iboga and has a positive influence on your journey, you'll feel safer.

Our favorite technique, the breath meditation, is a great classic, simple but effective. We will teach you the basics of this ancestral art so you can become autonomous.
